-shoku - Made by Santō-sanshi Kyōden of the Eastern Capital (Edo)
時　寛政戊午春正月　－Time: Year of Earth-Horse in
the Kansei Era (1798) Spring, January
Upper seal,
巌瀬東層　-　Iwase Tōsō　（Iwase was the original family name of artist)

Name of artist,
Santō Kyōden　山東京傳　1789-1801
One of his pseudonyms was Santō-sanshi.

Ukiyo-e painter and fiction writer. He was popular because of his fun illustrations.
The oppossite page is the dedication. The title
should be printed on the colophon too.(Last page)
