Hello! Please, help me identify this mark, cant find anything from the internet. Will be very grateful in thus detective quest :)

This is a mark of "Yangcheng" (City of Goats), the historic nickname of Guangzhou (former Canton), capital of Guangdong Province in southern China. Information on the gotheborg.com website, indicates the mark was in use circa the 1970s-80s.
