I need help identifying the inscriptions in this print.

Your print is by Kunisada and was printed in 1851. It is titled Chapter No. 37 from the series Magic Lantern Slides of That Romantic Purple Figure (Prince of Genji). The genji mon for Chapter 37 is in the brown border around the print. Here is one at the Boston MFA.
