Subject:Yixing teapot 2

This is my second teapot that I would like some information on the base mark of this piece.

I'm afraid I find the mark as confusing as the pot itself. Ya Fang Li zhi.

雅方麗制

'Ya" appears to be a fairly uncommon family name. It is not among the 100 most common family names, but it is listed in the 1912 Giles dictionary as a family name.

Why would someone make a pot with three handles and three spouts? Do they all work? If they do I would expect a very wet table!

I don't understand 'novelty' pots. I can't see them having any appeal to a serious tea drinker.

Thanks for the help! I don't believe this was actually made for tea drinking, due to the 3 functional spouts, and so it was probably just for the 'novelty' purpose. But thanks again for the identification of the mark.
