The mark reads: Nihon 日本 - Yokohama 横浜 - Imura 井村 Zo 造 = Japan - Yokohama - made by Imura.
The diamond shape on the upper left is Imura's mark, seen on most of his items.
Date of the set: around 1890-1910.

Yokohama broker Imura Hikotaru (Hikojiro) started the Imura Toki Kaisha (Imura Pottery Company) in Yokohama in 1876 and began exporting finely decorated sharkskin-textured ceramics toward the end of the Meiji Era. Imura handled very high quality porcelains, including special-order products enameled by Kozan and other leading studios of the day.
Imura's name was on the list of Japanese potters in the official catalogue of exhibitors at the 1893 World's Columbian Exhibition (Chicago World's Fair). Imura Toki Kaisha closed in 1912.

Regards,
Martin.
