Subject:日本画・掛け軸 help with translation of the scroll and scrollbox seal& signature

Hi all,

I'm hoping someone can help me out with the translation of the signature & seal primarily of the scrollbox I'm assuming the scroll is by 土田麥僊 - Tsuchida Bakusen but a second opinion is always welcome ofcourse.
As for the scroll box I've no idea but I assume it's from him aswell.

Seal,
蕉琴　-　Shōkin

Katsuta Shōkin 勝田蕉琴　1879-1963
Kawagoe born painter, His works were shown at the Bunten 6 times, at the Teiten 13 times. He was a judge too aｔthe Teiten.

Signature and the seal of painting read,
麥僊　-　Bakusen

Tsuchida Bakusen 土田麥僊　1887-1936
Painter of the Taishō and　early Shōwa eras.
