仇英實父　-　Qiu Ying Shifu
Qiu Ying 1494-1552, courtesy name Shifu, painter from Taicang, Jiangsu. One of the "Four masters of Ming"
I can`t identify the seal beneath the signature.Seemingly not belonged to him. It isn`t included in the ID dictionaries.

Seal,
頂墨林鑑賞章　-　Xiang Molin Appreciation Seal
This seal belonged to Xiang Yuanbian 頂元汴　1525-1590, famous collector during the Ming dynasty.
