Subject:Need help identifying this beautiful needlepoint

Hello,
found this beautiful needlepoint, in a frame that swivels, clear glass so you can see the front and back of the needlepoint, Anyone know when this is from/any identifications?
What is the best way for me to learn it's value, thanks in advance, yall are the best and I need help!

I think it is a nice Chinese silk on silk embroidery. While this openwork type of wood frame is typical for the mid to late Qing dynasty, both the frame and the embroidery appear to be relatively modern, i.e., probably post-1970s.

Thanks so much for the information, so the frame you'd guess is late 1800's-early 1900's but the silk work is 70's ish.
