Subject:Novelty Yixing Teapot Man with Cigar -Glass Eyes- Artist?

Dear All,
the design here of a hatted man with cigar may have been replicated many times over the decades by teapot makers; however, this well used example seems to show stronger character in defining the different elements of the face, and hat and with a pair of nicely set glass inlaid eyes.
mold seams are apparent to the base, but i cant find any trace of them for the hat.
hoping to learn more about this one from the experts, and the artist. Regrets that the tiny round seal mark under the lid is hardly legible

The round seal appears to be Chen 陳.

The larger seal reads Guo Qiang Zhi Tao Guo 國強制陶。

Possibly made by Chen GuoQiang.

Tao 陶 means pottery, but also means kind of lighthearted, happy and carefree.
