My tentative reading of inscriptions,
蘭苑花開春長好霜茂香凝最宜人 Spring time orchids bloom long in gardens
The frost condenses the most pleasant fragrance for the people
丙子之秋　- Year of Fire-Rat (..1936,1996) Autumn
彭洲　　　- Pengzhou
Seal,
范　　　　- Fan

Fan Pengzhou - Unidentifiable artist
