Subject:Japanese folding screen handpainted on silk help with the translation of the seal and signature

hello all,

I'm hoping someone can help me with the translation of the signature and seal of this folding screen. Any additional information about it or about the artist is always welcome.

The folding screen is Chinese,
Inscriptions;
松齢鶴寿　-　Pine and crane, age and long life
乙巳年　-　Year of Wood-Serpent (1965)
Seal,
工芸　　-　Handicraft

A typical Friendship Store handicraft item from the last century.
