Subject:Identify artist name

I purchased two paintings on rice paper through American Express Co. about 40 years ago. I don’t know anyowho can translate Chinese and would like some help in getting the name. I will attach the photo of the signature.

Signature and seal reads,
丹箐 - Dan Qing
I couldn`t find this name neither on the net nor in literature.
(Not same with Chen Dan Qing (陳丹青()

Your posting shows the symbols reversed from what is in the red box on the painting. Are these symbols read in reverse?
What about what is written in black above the red box? Is that an identifier of any kind?

Dear Roger,
It is in right order. In traditional Chinese if the characters are written horizontally (Seals are carved in the traditional order - here 箐丹) they read from right to left -here reads 丹箐 (Dan Qing).
The vertically written characters above the seal (Signature of artist) are the same characters 丹箐 Dan Qing.
