I'm hoping someone can translate the seal of this scroll. any additional information about the painter is highly appreciated.

Seal,
一庵　or (一盦)　　－　Ichian (I hope I am right with the reading of the seal)

The literature knows only one Ichian, whose full name is Kano Ichian 狩野一庵　( -1590), but the attached picture does not look like a 400 years old piece.
