Your print is by Utagawa Kunisada (aka Toyokuni III) here signing as Toyokuni printed in 1852. It is Station #60 - Imasu from the series "The 69 Stations of the Kisokaido" (Kiso rokujūkū eki / 木曽六十九駅). It is of the actor Segawa Kikunojō V in the role of Tokiwa Gozen.
