Subject:Celadon bowl with mark - Daoguang?
Posted By: Pete Sun, Jan 28, 2018 IP: 2a02:c7d:4d74:2a00:a I have this bowl, bluish celadon on the outside, speckled greyish, slightly bluish interior, unglazed rim and foot-rim. Can anyone decipher the 6 character mark. Would it be Daoguang period? Rim is 13.7cm. Many thanks in advance |

Posted By: Pete Fri, Feb 02, 2018 No, I know the mark isn't Daoguang, I was thinking the bowl might be identifiable as a type from Daoguang. It looks like a 3 character mark. Has to be Chinese being typical. |
