The mark says "Zhencang" (珍藏) - "Precious Collection".

"Zhencang" was seldom if ever used in the good old days without a modifier of some sort to identify what it was that made the collection so precious, such as "Ruoshen Zhencang" (若深珍蔵) - "Precious Collection of the Seemingly Old". The lack of any such elaboration by the artist suggests that your snuff isn't seemingly old and may not be very precious either. The form of the bottle and cap also look to me to be no older than late 20th century.
