Picture 1 and 2 are Japanese,
Picture 1,
Signature;
日東 - Nitto
Seal,
日東 - Nitto

Pic.2
Signature,
逸翁 - Itsuo
Seal,
日東氏 - Master Nitto (Presumably, pseudonym)

Presumably, Ishikawa Itsuo 石川逸翁 1844-
Native of Toyama, Original name Kumatarō. Learned Southern painting (Nanga) at Tetsuoh (Priest) and Kinoshita Itsu`un in Nagasaki. In the beginning of Meiji went to China and for 3 years learned "Danqing" painting in Shanghai from Hu Gongshou, Zhang Zixiang etc.
Returnig to Japan lived in Ǒsaka.
That is all what I could find about him in literature.

With regards,
I.Nagy
