Please help indentify markings.

Academian bird-and-flower painter.
Born in Peking. Learned painting from Wang Runxuan.
Was the Deputy Director of The Beijing Gallery. Worked as editor at the Palace Museum Antiquities Exhibition Hall. Was a researcher at the Central Academy of Fine Arts.
