Upper seal; 豊彦　-　Toyohiko
Lower seal; 子彦　-　Shihiko (Style name)

Okamoto Toyohiko 岡本豊彦　1773-1845
Born in Bitchu (now Okayama) later moved to Kyoto, where he became one of the most prominent painter of the Shijō school of painting.
