Your octagonal turquoise pedestal bowl has a motif that looks like it may be "children playing" and an apocryphal four-character mark of "Made during the Qianlong Reign" (乾隆年製 - Qianlong Nian Zhi) that's shown 90-degrees left of proper reading position on the base.

According to a rule of thumb found in Tony Allen's latest book, "Allen's Antique Porcelain -- The Detection of Fakes", faux Qianlong reign marks didn't come into use until the Guangxu reign (1875-1908). Accordingly, I'd suppose your bowl was made circa 1900, or somewhat later in the Early Republic period.
