Subject:Large Asian Floor Vase - What is it?

I have a large Asian floor vase that I cannot identify. After a five year search, I have not seen another one like it. It is 24 inches tall and about 40 inches round at its widest point. You can feel the indentations of the piece. It is definitely hand decorated. A lot of work went into it. Can someone identify it and possibly its value? Thanks.

Picture is very small but looks like new piece form Vietnam.

Thanks for your response. I was told by the previous owner that the vase was at least 50 years old. Can you refer me to any pictures that look like my vase. I have not been able to find anything that looks like it.
