Hi, I've found that interesting old drawing, I was just curious to know what is written here. Also, what is that seal ? Thank you for helping me understand :)

大正十年一月一日　-　1st of January, 10th Year of Taisho (1921)
xxx ご老人　-　xxx go-rōjin - xxx old men
Signature;
鐡斎道晁　-　Tessai Dōchō　
Seal,
鐡斎　-　Tessai

Tomioka Tessai 富岡鐡斎　1837-1924
Dōchō　was one of his pseudonyms
Self-taught painter and calligrapher of the Meiji and Taishō era.
