May I please get some help reading the two impressed marks.

The four-character mark reads from the top right down and across as "Fujian Huiguan" (福建會館), while the other simply is "Kangxi" (康熙). The Fujian Huiguan, or Fujian Association Hall, was an accomplished group of figurine sculptors working in the early 20th century at Jingdezhen, China's porcelain-making center. However, your figurine was made in the late 20th century or subsequently. They're sometimes found in sets of three, representing the "High Qing" emperors, Kangxi, Yongzheng and Qianlong.
