Hello -
Can anyone please help me to identify the artist and translate the writing - thank you so much!!!
The paper appears to be very old.

Signed 'Ichiyûsai Kuniyoshi ga' (一勇斎国芳画), Utagawa Kuniyoshi (1797-1861), one of the great Ukiyo-e artists of the 19th century. The publisher seal reads 'Wakau' (若宇), a publisher that is not further identified, active in Edo between 1842-1850.
The two circular censor seals refer to a publication date between 1846 and 1848.

The artist is Kuniyoshi and it was printed 1847-48.
