Subject:woodblock by unknown author

Good day
At least ten eyars ago i bought several woodblocks as a single lot. Among them was this one. I believed that the author is unknown. Just yesterday, while looking at the collection of the Tokyo Edo Museum, I saw another copy of the same block ... but also marked as an unknown author. An amazing story, maybe anyone be able to read signatures or stamps?

もとめより 國一筆 - Motome yori Kuniichi-hitsu
On request painted by Kuniichi

Kuniichi was the pseudonym of Otake Etsudō
尾竹越堂 (1868-1931)painter and ukiyoe artist
from Meiji to early Shōwa era.

Thanks so much! Sooner, i found another block from the same series in Honoluly museum.

They guess that author is Otake Kunikazu, but i think that it is the same person, you mean.

Per the Edo-Tokyo Museum, the artist is Odake Kunikazu and the title is: "Famous Places of Tokyo in Twelve Months and the Beauties of Four Seasons: August". See link below.

Correction, Sorry, Kunikazu is the proper transcription.
However, Otake is the correct form instead of Odake
