Subject:Small Handpainted (?) Creamer, Mark on Bottom

I guess these things come in pairs, but here's another small creamer the identification of which I am in need of help. It's about 3 1/8 inches tall at the highest point, 5 inches across the widest (outer edge of handle to lip of pouring spout). Painted a medium green, with scattered images painted on in black. I've posted a picture of the item and the marks on the bottom, and will appreciate any help.

The black you mention actually is oxidized silver. Tea and chocolate sets, among other things in the pattern, were made by the historic Eiraku kilns in the Kutani area of Japan around the late Meiji period. These wares also came in what I believe was a more popular red ground. See link and photos of a red Eiraku chocolate pot and creamer in my own collection.

The mark reads: Eiraku 永楽 here written with the 2nd character 楽 instead 樂.
Mark is probably by Eiraku Zengoro 13th or 14th, first quarter of the 20th century.

Eiraku is a last name, the Eiraku lineage were important and historically significant potters in Kyoto from the 18th Century right through to the present day.
