Subject:Kakemono of Kannon (Guanyin)

Sharing this Kakemono depicting Kannon (Bodhisattva Of Mercy - Guanyin). It is painted using the sweeping monochrome black ink style.

Any help with the artist's seal and the calligraphy in the upper rod (Hassou)?
