Subject:Japanese painting on silk with inscription.

This painting of what I presume is a traditional theater actor is rather well done. Would like to identify the artist if possible. It looks mid century.

Correction,
Not Kuwata, but Okuda 奥田　Yukio
(There are only two (not three) strokes under 一　line)
