Inscriptions in my rough translation,
文車遥賀澤新承　高燭香塵徹夜騰
猶有別親無限恨　盈々血涙玉壷凝
A fresh painted car has come from far to take her away
She have burned taper and incense powder during the whole night
She still had an immesurable regret to part her parents,
filling a jade pot with her congealed blood-tears
丙寅仲夏　-　Year of Fire-Tiger (...1926...) Mid-Summer
龍泉居士寫於海上　Lay Buddhist of the Dragon Spring (Pseudonym) in Shanghai
Seal,
楊鑑州 - Yan Jianzhou (Unknown artist)

The story is about Bi Yela 薜夜來　the favourite
concubin of Cao Pi 曹丕、the 1st Emperor of the State Cao Wei in the Three Kingdoms Period of China.
