I need help to identify this japanese print triptych. Thank you very much in advance, this forum is awesome!

I tried, but I am afraid I can't be much help. First, the depiction of the people (to me) says that this is an Osaka print. If so, then it is likely 3 actors. Looking at the signature, my best guess is Yoshitoyo. There was an Osaka artist by that name, but the signatures don't match.

Perhaps, I. Nagy will lend us a hand.

It's indeed a triptych by Yoshitoyo. The man on the right (in fact it is the most left chuban) is Jitsukawa Enzaburô I as Zenkichi Kaiya (かいや善吉=貝屋善吉), the man falling in the water as well. The second actor is Ichikawa Ebizô V as (郷戸ノ)亀四郎. It was for the kabuki play Imamukashi Aiyado Banashi (今昔相宿噺) as performed in the Naka-za in the 8th month of 1856.
