This is a Chinese transfer applied mark of the late-20th century or subsequently, shown as if tipping on what would be its top right corner in normal reading position. After leaning my head toward my right shoulder, the mark appears to read in seal script: "Made during the Yongzheng reign of the Great Qing Dynasty" (大清雍正年製 - da qing yong zheng nian zhi). The Yongzheng period ended in 1735, a few decades short of two centuries before transfer wares like this commenced manufacturing in China on a commercial basis.

Best regards,

Bill H.
