Those would qualify as cylindrical porcelain censers, I believe, since pottery might run the risk of collapsing under its own weight at such height. Each bears the same title for the scene, depicting "Smoky (or misty) mountain clouds in autumn" (秋山煙雲 - qiu shan yan yun).
The painting style is reminiscent of something I recall seeing in Taiwan in the late 20th century, but that's a point that readable pictures of the inscriptions can help sort out.
