I am hoping for an age and hopefully artists name of this painting.

金鱗方方漾　清渠影花落　藤花錦不如正
是臨流有餘　樂一竿江上　笑鮎魚

In my rough tanslation.

Golden scales undulating in the clear water of
canal like the shadows of flowers
Not as beautiful as a brocade of vine-flowers　
There is only the flow with the cheerful laughing catfish

Signature and seal,
壽臣　-　Shou Chen
Leisure seal,
光東坡十七生　-　(In) Guangdongpo (19)17 Born

For the time being I cannot find applicable artist neither in name dictionaries nor on the net.
