Hello, It is signed Kuniyoshi in the leftmost column of characters in the lower jar-shaped device ... although it may also be a collaborative effort with another artist ...however for all intents and purposes, safe to say it is a Kuniyoshi.

Ichiyusai (一勇斎)　was one of his art-names

This work is dated c.1833
