Name inscription,
歌川豊春画 - Picture of Utagawa Toyoharu
Character on the right upper corner reads,
琴  - Koto (Japanese zither) Title of Print

Utagawa Toyoharu 1735-1814, Ukiyo-e artist, founder of
the Utagawa School.
From the picture under glass, it is difficult to say anything about the age of print, but it could be pretty new. In Japanese art shops you can buy the contemporary print of the same work.

This is a a 20th century reproduction of a print by Katsukawa Shunsho (勝川春章 - 1726-93), originally published by Urokogayaya Magobei in the 1770s.

Your print is a repro of one (circa 1775) by Utagawa Toyoharu (Koto (Kin), from an untitled series of the Four Accomplishments (Kinkishoga)). Here is an original at the Boston MFA:
