The mark reads: Genroku 源六 Sei 製 (Made by Genroku), date could be anywhere between 1880 and 1934. The top character is not a Kanji character but a kind of logo, some of his pieces have only this logo.

Tominaga Genroku (1859-1920) began Genroku Gama (Genroku Kiln) during the Meiji period with the goal of producing the highest quality porcelain in the traditional manner of Imari from the 18th century.
His accomplishments include attaining a position as head of the Protection of Cultural Properties Commission and winning the 3th prize at the 5th National Industrial Exposition in 1903.
After his death, his sons continued the kiln, but they had a difficult time. The Genroku kiln lasted until 1934.

Regards,
Martin.

This is the signature of Tominaga Genroku (1859-1920).
