Subject:Huge Vase or urn

This was bought a few years ago it is huge.
There is a stamp and numbers 350 I assume that would be gallons. Can anyone tell me anything about this huge what I think if I had to guess is a rice urn.

Actually a 350-kilogram capacity high-neck wine jar. The characters are simplified, so perhaps this was made in Mainland China. Also maybe someone else will recognize a couple of characters that evade me and figure out the name and sponsorship of what otherwise seems to be called a "great new porcelain factory" (guang da xin tao ci chang - 光大新陶瓷厂).

It is prominently marked with 'state owned factory'. It was a somewhat cachet term implying 'reliability'.
