Signature reads,
常信筆 Tsunenobu -hitsu (Painted by Tsunenobu)
Kanō Tsunenobu 1636-1713 was a Japanese painter of the
Kano School of early Edo period, and second chief of the Kobikicho branch.
Seal reads from right to left,
右近 Ukon Alias name of artist

The seal and signature are exactly the same what one can
find in dictionaries, however from the picture they
look very off-color, like being reprinted.

With regards,
I.Nagy

The first scroll may be Shoki, the "demon queller", in case you're not already aware.

Best regards,
