Is it possible that this Imari plate originate from Kangxi period?

Looks a bit later to me, probably Yongzheng C1723-1735

Yes, it appears you have a period Chinese Imari plate from the early 18th century. If I owned the plate, I would remove the old iron hanger device. It was placed, probably, in a European country many years ago. It may "stain" the enamels or mar the edge finish.

Please see the listing of Richard Gould antiques in L.A., Cal. Under Chinese export porcelain, there is a plate almost an exact match as to border and style. It is listed as c.1700-1720.The Gould firm has dealt in Chinese porcelains for many years. I trust their affirmation.
