Subject:help with identifying chinese mark

chinese porcelain teapot with mark, but i cannot find similar on gotheborg site. the teapot has a painting on one side and a poem? on the other. there are also some words on the cover and around the rim of the pot.

can anyone please help with the chinese characters?

I can't help with the mark, but this teapot appears to be early Republic c. 1920s.

I believe that mark is an apocryphal, smudged and hard to make out seal of 'Kangxi Nian Zhi' - 康熙年製 (Made during the Kangxi Reign) in seal script (zhuanshu) characters, as shown below.

Hopefully someone with expertise in cursive writing can help you with the remainder.

work of an apprentice perhaps?
