I might have found some info on this. Based on the following mark (1920s-1930s, made for export to France & Philippines):
which seems a somewhat ident. mark which would read "Ishiyama - 石山"
Quote from the net: "The name Ishiyama means “Stone Mountain,” and indeed porcelain stone is quarried in the mountains nearby. The stone is of a very high quality, and seventy percent of Japanese ceramics makers, including the renowned Arita-Yaki, Seto-Yaki and others, use it in their production. Gosoku-no-Kutsu is furnished with various plates, basins and ornaments made by local potters using this stone."
