Subject:Japanese or Chinese Embroidery / Needlepoint on silk help

Hi,
I am looking for help in identifying the age / origin of the silk embroidered picture shown in the attached images. It is 16" x 28" (not including the frame). Also are the characters shown in the upper right corner a signature or a description of the image and if possible (either way) could someone help me out with a translation of them. Thanks. Regards,

Well my first attempt as posting images didn't work so hot. I guess I should have read the instructions and reduced the image size to below 100K. Anyhow here's my second attempt. I apologize to those who looked and saw nothing on their first attempt to view
