Posted By: Bill H Wed, Apr 19, 2017 I'm also at a loss as to what the written mark says, but the impressed one is that of Seiji Kaisha, a porcelain company formed in Japan circa the mid 1870's with Fukagawa family participation. However, this plate looks like it probably is more like circa 1900. There are several previous threads you can query using the forum search feature; also, gotheborg.com has related information accessible via their link to Japanese marks. |
