The caption reads Summer Mountain Elegant Colour. 夏山秀色

Dated Ding Hai (1947 or 2007) Autumn month. 丁亥秋月

Unfortunately, I can't read the seal which probably contains the artist's name. The image is just too indistinct.

"beautiful colors on summer mountains" includes an autumn date that's too cursive to make out, the artist's name? in the seal but that's obscured by the brushwork. for the tourist market.
