Subject:Kenzan dish - help?
Posted By: Ben Wed, Feb 08, 2017 IP: 80.189.34.203

Hello, I would like to know a bit more about this small Japanese dish if anyone can help. It has a Kenzan mark, but I wonder if someone out there can tell me how old the dish is - original Ogata Kenzan, or a later Kyoto piece? The dish measures approximately 100 x 100 mm. Any further advice on the inscription also welcome - I have been advised on "Yuki ura mi" referring to the plant and snow, and "Kenzan", but not sure of the rest.
Any advice gratefully received. Thank you. Ben
