Subject:Chinese plate, for indian market...

Hello everyone,

I have this seemingly chinese work ; I suppose it is for export. Decoration over glaze, with indian kinnara figure (half man half horse). I was told the mark is a bad imitation of kangxi... Though the mark is handpainted, not stamped.
The porcelain is not too white, but rather milk white...

Any ideas would be much appreciated.
