never having seen this shape in any publication,i am curious as to where you "excavated" it. due to the rarity of the ru ware, i hate to just jump up and call it bogus. it is actually quite beautiful and interesting in and of itself, irregardless of it's actual age.
also, what does it look like down the neck on the inside?

best,
john n.

This absolutely is Ru ware and it has the sesame seed spur marks on bottom, 1085 to 1120 AD - I have 20 pieces and probably the most in private collection - Severson's collection

Real ru ware colors should not be even through out. Spur marks are not all same shape. Imperial court ru ware spur marks are tiny and delicate. If excavated, soils, dirts and aged signs should be there
I am a seasoned collector in Japan where Ru ware were the most numbers found as Japan had close relationship from Tang to Song even diplomatic ties ended in Song but culture and economy exchanges were going on then with Japanese monks visiting Song dynasty
