Subject:Arabic translation required please

Hi All,
This is a beautifully carved egyptian or Syrian bronze plate. The detail is very fine, so I've enlarged it, altered the contrast/selectively highlighted the caligraphy to help make it clearer.
If anyone can translate any of it I'd be greatful.

This not 'south and southeast Asia' piece.

Doubtless quotation from Quran.

Take to nearest mosque, ask Imam to tell about passage.
