Subject:Japanese Mashiko Pottery
Posted By: Wed, Oct 14, 2009 IP: 24.125.16.132 I hope that some one can help identify the maker of the pottery pieces that I have. My father bought them between 1959-1962 in Mashiko, Japan, he had heard of a potter who made very unique pieces and no one could duplicate his work. We brought home some lovely items that day, but these 3 pieces were special. My father is in his 80's and has forgotten the name of the artist.
