Subject:Need help identifying the mark on a cloisonné vase

Hello,
Could you please help with identifying who is the maker and how old thise vase is? There is a mark at the bottom of the vase but of course I don't know Chinese so don't know what it is indicating? The vase is around 8" tall.

寶藝軒製　-　Băoyìxuān-zhì　-　Made by Treasure Art Pavilion
Post 1960 export made bronze enamel from Beijing.
